For some people this is 1 millon dollar question.

I can profit only 1000 EUR of this :)

Well I believe chances are:
Raise - 0 %
Hold - 25 %
Cut with 0.25 - 25 %
Cut with 0.50 - 10 %
Cut discount rate - 40 %

Very important is how much Mr.B will cut, 0.25% or 0.50%
