Yesterday a reader asked me what I wanna show here.
Yes, is little bit unclear. Here is the explanation:
The EUR raice was just after the news come, ...but the news (I read it) never said other central banks will cooperate. At the peak, the official news came, same as you can read here (e.g. central banks agree to cooperate). Then the EUR drop to pre-news price.
Hope that explains.
