the gold price fell to the blue support line, but also to the brown line (falling channel / flag).
gold must find support here, and we to see price rice very soon.

Gold daily

On daily chart we see rising channel, but price may fall some more, before begin to rise.

On 4h chart we see the current support level.

Gold 4h again

Here we show the triangle we spoke about in previous posts (upper blue line, down - brown line).
Well the triangle was broken in "wrong" side.

We see there is additional support from parallel blue line, because the triangle "morphed" into down channel(something simillar happened in Gold some time ago). We are currently on the bottom of the channel, and I we are correct, we may expect rise to $ 1,065.- level.

This down channel can be view like a flag (see daily chart - lines not shown).

Expectation now is we to see up-1065 - down 1050, then soon or later, but within a week or two- a breakout to 1100 - 1120 will ocure.

Yesterday, Dow hit 10,000 mark for a first time in an year or so...
Same time, gold stay at 1,060 area.
This make Dow:Gold ratio to be 9.5 .

Daily - the massive triangle: The triangle was broken, also there was kind of test of the rising channel (brown)

4 hours:The rising channel "out" of the triangle. Channel is broken at the top, but I do not think this is so important, and probably gold will fall to the bottom. See 30 min chart.

30 min Probably a bearish wedge forming. Target will be "middle" of the 4h channel ($1,018 area) or the bottom - $990-1,000 area
